To reach Galata, a short uphill walk after taking the T1 line from Gülhane stop to Karaköy is all it takes from Olive Restaurant.

Most of the mezes like muhammara, hummus, mutabbal, atom, and shakshuka; salads, zucchini fritters, and spinach feraye are vegetarian products. The menu also includes vegetarian meatballs and grilled vegetable tower as main courses.
Furthermore, the 23 items in our specially prepared Vegan Menu are also suitable for our vegetarian guests.

There are 11 gluten-free items available on the à la carte menu. Some of these include the charcuterie platter, Aegean salad, diced lamb cooked on an iron plate (saç kavurma), Sultan Kebab, swinging skewers, grilled sea bass, grilled salmon; and for desserts, baked rice pudding, ice cream, and sugar-free gluten-free brownie.
