Our Workshops
You can step into the kitchen with our chefs and cook a menu of your own, or go behind the bar with our team and put your own cocktails together. Both workshops take you a little further behind the scenes of the kitchen and the bar, and you learn the finer points by doing them yourself. What you learn, and the time you spend together, stay with you long after the workshop ends.
Cooking Class
You cook alongside our chefs, working through a menu you choose yourself from the Ottoman and Anatolian repertoire. You’ll learn the tools and how they’re used, and take home a recipe card with the notes that matter for your menu. When the class ends, what you cooked is laid out for you in the dining room. The photographs from the session and the Olive apron are yours to keep.

Cocktail Class
You step behind the bar with our bartenders and mix the drinks yourself, from the classics through to our own signatures. Glassware, garnish, measures, ice — you learn how a cocktail is actually put together. No experience needed, and you’ll leave with a few recipes worth repeating at home. Cheers.
