The menu is prepared as a fine dining interpretation of 65 items predominantly from Anatolian and Ottoman cuisine.
Cold starters include muhammara, hummus, mutabbal, and shakshuka; hot starters feature zucchini fritters (mücver), Ottoman pastry platter, and shrimp casserole. Main courses highlight diced lamb cooked on an iron plate (saç kavurma), Sultan Kebab, lamb shank, and swinging skewers for two.
