What kind of food does Olive Anatolian Restaurant serve?
The menu is built on Anatolian and Ottoman cooking: ten sections, 65 dishes.
Among the cold starters are muhammara, hummus, mütebbel and şakşuka; the hot ones include courgette fritters, an Ottoman pastry plate and prawn casserole. Main courses centre on saç kavurma, Sultan Kebab, lamb shank and the two-person hanging skewers.
The pasta section holds traditional Turkish mantı and crisp feraye mantı; from the sea come grilled sea bass and baked salmon with kalamata olives.
Desserts include house-made baklava, baked rice pudding and künefe. The full list is on the À la Carte menu page.
