Where can I take a Turkish cooking class in Istanbul?

Olive Anatolian in Sirkeci hosts a cooking class every day between 14:00 and 16:00; it is €60 per person.
Recipes from Turkish and Ottoman cuisine are prepared with professional chefs; ingredient introduction, practice, and tasting are all part of the same program. Photos along with an Olive logo chef’s apron, chef’s hat, and spice set are our gifts.
The restaurant is in the Historic Peninsula, 50 metres from the Gülhane tram stop. The workshop is held in the restaurant’s kitchen, after which you move to a table on the terrace floor.
There is also a one-hour cocktail class at the restaurant’s bar. It starts at 16:00 and is €25 per person. Since it starts right when the cooking class finishes, you can experience both on the same day.
