Does Olive Restaurant run a cooking class?

It runs every day from 14:00 to 16:00, at 60 euros per person.

The programme covers recipes from Turkish and Ottoman cooking, an introduction to the ingredients, the details that make the technique work, hands-on preparation with the chef and a tasting of what you have made. Photographs and an Olive apron are included.

We can set aside a separate day for groups — a birthday, a company event or a group of friends, it makes no difference.
