Where can I eat vegan Turkish food in Istanbul?

Olive Anatolian in Sirkeci keeps a separate vegan menu of 23 dishes.

It rests on the olive-oil side of Anatolian cooking: muhammara, acılı ezme, aubergine in tomato sauce, quinoa salad, vegan köfte with rice stuffing, mixed mushroom casserole.

The restaurant is on the Historical Peninsula, 50 metres from the Gülhane tram stop. It sits on the terrace floor, with the Bosphorus and Hagia Sophia in view from the tables.

Service begins at 12:00. The vegan menu has its own page — you can read it before you come.
