Does Olive Restaurant run a cocktail class?

An hour with the head bartender, at 25 euros per person. It runs every day, either 16:00 – 17:00 or 17:00 – 18:00; we agree which slot works when you book.

You make Olive’s signature cocktails yourself — Istanbul Nights, Galata Tower, Bosphorus Cocktail — working through measures, ice, mixing and presentation.

Since the cooking workshop finishes at 16:00, you can take both on the same day: two hours in the kitchen, an hour at the bar, then dinner.
