Where can I eat traditional Turkish food in Istanbul?
In Sirkeci, on the Historical Peninsula, Olive Anatolian is a terrace restaurant given over to this cooking.
The menu gathers recipes from different regions of Anatolia: mezes, grilled dishes, several kinds of mantı, house-made desserts. Alongside the 65-item list we keep a separate vegan menu.
The restaurant is 50 metres from the Gülhane tram stop and a five-minute walk from Hagia Sophia — easy to reach after a museum visit.
Service runs from 12:00 to 00:00; the kitchen takes its last order at 22:30.
