Private Events
Our terrace in Sirkeci hosts occasions of every size — weddings and business dinners, birthdays and cocktail receptions. We put on group meals for up to 120 guests, cater anywhere in Istanbul, and run the three meeting rooms at Yaşmak Sultan Hotel with the same team. Send us the date, the number of guests and what you would like to serve, and we will work the plan out with you.
Weddings and Private Celebrations
With Hagia Sophia and Topkapı Palace in view, the terrace makes a fine place for a private celebration. A cocktail after the ceremony, a dinner, or a party that runs the whole day — we lay the space out to suit the occasion. The menu is something we settle with you. Depending on the season, the number of guests and how the day is planned, we can set out a buffet or serve to the table. On a day like that, what matters most is that you are not the one dealing with the details. We make the plan with you beforehand, and on the day itself we are the ones keeping it running.
Group Dining
For larger tables we have both buffet and set menu options, and we can seat up to 120 guests at lunch or dinner. Company dinner, family gathering or tour group — whichever it is, we go through the menu with you in advance. That way everyone knows what is coming when they sit down, and the service moves without anyone waiting.
Catering
Our kitchen travels to other parts of Istanbul as well. A working lunch at the office, a family celebration at home, or an event in the open air. We build the menu together, around the venue, the shape of the event and the number of guests. From hot service and presentation through to transport, setting up and clearing away, the kitchen side of the day is ours.
Topkapı Meeting Room
The three meeting rooms at Yaşmak Sultan Hotel can be used for conferences, training days and company meetings. Audio-visual equipment and wireless internet are provided free to everyone attending. The Topkapı room seats 30 in a U-shape and 50 theatre style. Joined with the Basilica room, that rises to 44 in a U-shape and 80 theatre style. Between sessions we can arrange coffee breaks and refreshments.
Basilica Meeting Room
The Basilica room also seats 30 in a U-shape and 50 theatre style. Because it sits next to the Topkapı room, the two can be opened up and used together when needed. For meetings and training days that run from morning to evening, we can plan the room together with lunch and the coffee breaks.
Yaşmak Meeting Room
The Yaşmak room is a quieter space, made for smaller groups: 12 in a U-shape, 30 theatre style. It suits a board meeting, an interview or a small training session. As in the other rooms, the audio-visual equipment and the wireless internet are free.
